1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (shoe box included).
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased on clearance, sale, or promotional discounts
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Any item returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective or damaged items (upon delivery)

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible, we can offer a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide pictures or videos of the issue.
  • We will process a replacement or refund based on the case.

We will cover return shipping costs only for damaged or incorrect items.


6. Return Shipping

  • For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For incorrect or damaged items, Heevona Store will cover the shipping.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
If the order has already shipped, it must go through the regular return process.
